Dear PSYD Alumnus,

Welcome to the 2009 Alumni Survey for the PSYD program at Forest Institute.  As part of our on-going commitment to program improvement, we are excited to receive your feedback about the degree program.  The questions in the survey are designed to measure your level of satisfaction in the following five areas: 1) recruitment and admissions; 2) the degree program; 3) faculty, 4) institutional climate; and 5) overall satisfaction with the program.  A brief section will follow asking six to eight questions related to post-graduate employment and licensure outcomes.  At the end of the survey you will also find three opportunities to provide narrative comments about the program.  While these are not required fields, your insight as a recent graduate would be very useful as we continue to meet the needs of current and future students in the field of clinical psychology.
